•    5 times each day- JUST BREATHE! Focusing on your breath is calming and brings you into the present moment. You can do this anywhere. No special breathing technique is required, just an awareness of your breath is enough  
•    3 times each day-  Express GRATITUDE for 3 things. Gratitude also brings you into the present moment. It shifts your thinking and attention to what is right in your life.
•    1 time each day - Practice an act of self compassion. Many people are stressed because they are too busy or too focused on caring for others. Take some time each day to take care of yourself.
